Mark your calendars for SUMMER OF 2024 to sign up and participate in the Foundation’s wellness initiative where the focus is all things “kid’s health” and creating an incentive to exercise instead of playing video games, watching videos, playing on their cell phone, and exercising one hour with an adult team mate.

The Foundation has partnered with TYSL Tulare Youth Soccer League who will be helping us promote the wellness initiative.

  • Free wellness screenings will be provided to clear for participation.
  • You will take a picture of your team exercising each day and load it onto our site.
  • A follow up appointment will show your wellness and health progress.
  • The top 10 teams who post the most photographs and have a confirmed increase in their health, weight, and overall performance will be entered into a drawing to win a trip to the happiest place on earth!

Pilot Program Sign-Ups

Kids Off the Kouch Wellness Program during the pilot period, beginning March 23, 2024 Thru April 20, 2024.

Child and their approved exercise partner will attend the health screening on March 23, 2024 at the Adventist Health Hillman Health Clinic at 2059 N, Hillman St. – Tulare, Ca 93274 (559-605-0090).

  • Prizes and awards are not a guarantee and are based on participation, documentation of hours exercised, and most improved progress.
  • Regular K.O.T.K. will begin June 1, 2024, and run to June 1, 2025. Grand Prize for the regular session will be two entry passes to Disneyland (Anaheim, Ca.) Winner will be responsible for their own transportation to and from and all other expenses in connection with the trip.
